Ms Jojo graduated from University of Wales with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Early Childhood Education. In addition, she also holds an Honours in Public Speaking from London College of Music and Media. Her extensive knowledge and ability to read, write, speak and understand fluently in both English and Chinese has enabled her to become a strong leader as well as an influential role model to both Principals and Educators under her tutorage.
Ms Jojo has over 20 years of success in developing and executing operational strategies in the Early Childhood industry. She has developed extraordinary expertise in crafting and optimising business process and performance measurements while driving strategic initiatives to increase productivity and growth within the organisation. Ms Jojo is a results-oriented professional who adapts rapidly to changing environments and displays unique abilities in resolving critical issues.
With her vast experience and proven track record in the Early Childhood industry, she has gained in depth knowledge of professional development training, Curriculum Designing and planning. As Head of the Curriculum Department (English and Chinese), Ms Jojo and her team have designed several sets of Bilingual Curriculum for children ranging from 18 months to 6 years old.
Ms Jojo will continue to impart her knowledge by training Principals and Educators to share her passion for advancing children’s Educational skills as they travel in their learning journey at Twinklekidz.
